In cooperation with the New York State Fairgrounds Exposition Center, here's a few reminders for all coaches & teams:

1. A Photo ID must be presented with each COACH/STAFF QR CODE for entry and re-entry all weekend.  Athletes must be in full uniform to enter the event.
   
   

2. For easy parking, please enter the Fairgrounds via Gate 6! There is no charge for parking. Gate 6 will be open starting at 6:15AM.  Please follow the directions of the parking attendants once you arrive at the New York State Fairgrounds! More information can be found HERE.
   
   

3. Outside chairs are NOT permitted. There will be chairs placed around the courts.
   
   

4. Outside coolers (large or personal) are NOT permitted.
   
   

5. Outside food or drink are NOT permitted. Concessions will be open all weekend and individual water, coffee, or sports drinks will be allowed.

FAILURE TO COMPLY with event protocols, at any time, may be grounds for removal from any venue at any time. This is a private, ticketed event. 

College Showcase Overview: REGISTER HERE

• Event Date: Friday, April 10th, 2026

• Event Location: New York State Fairgrounds Expo Center

• Athlete Registration Fee: $75 if registered by Februrary 20th; $125 if registered by March 20th (space permitting)

• Athlete Registration Opens: January 15th, 2026 (No onsite registrations)

• Athlete Registration Closes:  April 1st, 2026 (OR once Max Capacity is reached)

• Max Registration: 200 athletes (first-come, first-serve basis)

• Eligible Student-Athletes:  Currently enrolled Girls in the Grad Year of 2026, 2027 or 2028

Showcase Format:

• 5:30PM to 6:00PM: Athlete Check-In & Self Warm-up

• 6:00PM to 6:30PM: Showcase starts with Introductions

• 6:15PM to 8:00PM: Coach-led Drills & Timed Scrimmages

The showcase will provide all athletes with numbered shirts. All shirts are color-coded by graduation year.

Registration Information:

• All domestic athletes MUST have an active USA Volleyball membership to participate.

• Foreign Athletes do not need USAV memberships to register.

• Athletes should come dressed and ready to play. Please bring your own water and participation gear!

• Registrations accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sizes are not guaranteed. No onsite registrations allowed.
