Practices: All 12U-18U athletes will have two 1.5 to 2 hour practices per week. 

Gear: Roster athletes will receive three uniforms, a TeamLVC backpack, two practice T-shirts and a warm up hoodie. Boys players will receive a pair of uniform shorts. Additional TeamLVC gear will be available on the pre-season, winter and summer team stores. 

Payment: Club tuition can be paid through your League Apps Account. 

Payment Schedule: If selecting a payment plan, funds will be automatically debited every 30 days from the date of the completion of the registration.

Payment Method: Whichever credit/debit card is used at checkout will also be the card used if selecting a payment plan. If your card changes you will need to update your card information in LeagueApps. Failure to do so will result in your account being past due and can impact athlete participation. TeamLVC does not have access to personal financial information and cannot update that information for you.

Refund Policy: The majority of the club's expenses are static and not appreciatively impacted by the number of players on a team. Because of this refunds cannot be accommodated.

Player fees include:

• Practice court time

• Tournament entry

• Coach expenses

• Training equipment

• Administrative fees

Player fees do not include:

• Accommodation, travel, and meal expenses for player/families

• Tryout registration fee

• Team attendance and expenses at season ending National Championship Tournaments for USA Volleyball or AAU

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT NATIONALS:

• It is strongly encouraged that Girls and Boys BLACK team players attend Nationals at the end of the year.

• Girls/Boys BLACK and PINK teams interested in attending the Girls AAU or USAV National Championships must decide if they will attend by February 1st. This allows enough time for the club and the TeamLVC to plan for travel and hotel accommodations. 

• For ANY interested BLACK or PINK teams that earn a post-season bid to attend USAV or AAU nationals, attending players will need to cover additional coach, travel and tournament entry expenses. 

• Depending on the location of the National events, costs can range between $350 and $450 per player. The team expenses will be split evenly by the players who attend.
